Christopher Brunson spent years coordinating turnovers, renovations, and contractor relationships for multifamily owners in and around Denver. Estimating the work, hiring the right trades, sourcing materials, making the store runs, and holding timelines together. That day to day experience is the backbone of the business.
Every property is different, but every owner wants the same three things: work done right, honest communication, and no unnecessary delays.
